Winner - Media Architecture Biennale Participatory Architecture Award 2016.

Winner of this years award in 'Participatory Architecture' for The Sentiment Cocoon' a project for Arup in collaboration with Moritz Behrens. The stated aim for this years Biennale was " ‘Digital Placemaking’. MAB16 brings together architects, designers, artists, academia, government and industry in a shared exploration of how technology and digital media as part of a ‘Smart Cities’ approach can lead to more livable city environments."

Nominee - German Design Awards 2017

Nominated for the 2017 awards for The Sentiment Cocoon with Mortiz Behrens. The German Design Award directly contributes to the overall commercial success. Prizes will only be awarded to projects that truly represent pioneering contributions to the German and international design landscape. The highly esteemed, international jury guarantees this. The German Design Award identifies and presents unique design trends: a competition that advances the design-oriented scene.

Nominee - Darc' Lighting Awards 2016

The darc awards is a unique concept utilising mondo*arc and darc magazines’ reputation as being the most widely read and respected lighting design publications in the world.

With our database of over 1,400 international lighting design practices (as well as interior designers and architects) and, in collaboration with creative consultants Light Collective, we have created a unique opportunity to get every practice involved in the awards process.

We have formalised a list of categories that is a reality check to the other award ceremonies! Each category (Structures, Places, Spaces and Art) is split into Low and High budget (over £30,000 on luminaires) so that the smaller projects can compete on a level playing field in every category rather than enter the dreaded ‘Special Project’ category.
